Gerry Gribbon

PARTNER
ADVOCATE FOR ACCESS

Gerry brings a wealth of experience from his 27-year tenure as an executive at Johnson & Johnson, during which he worked in a myriad of commercial roles. An award-winning sales leader, Gerry is deeply passionate about talent development and has a proven track record of leading teams with infusible and injectable biologics.

In the last five years of his career, Gerry led a portion of the JJHCS Health Policy and Advocacy Field team, focusing on supporting the Janssen Pharmaceutical Portfolio. His role encompassed leading a group of field-based Health Policy and Advocacy Directors (HPADs). Together, they collaborated with advocacy partners at the state and local level to safeguard patients' access to care.

One of the significant elements of their role was to ensure that patient advocacy organizations fully understood the implications and outcomes of both legislative and private payer policies, and how these policies influenced patient access to care. Central to their mission was the protection of provider choice and upholding the patient/provider right to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.

In addition to his extensive corporate experience, Gerry is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global organization for Executive coaches and coaching. He holds a certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) from the ICF.

Gerry earned his BS in Marketing from Seton Hall University and furthered his education with an MBA from Monmouth University. His combined expertise in corporate leadership and coaching equip him uniquely to guide and inspire teams in the healthcare sector.
