John Hoffman brings a wealth of diverse experience to Advocate for Access, following a remarkable 37-year tenure at J&J where he held key roles in Finance, Marketing, Strategic Account Management, and Corporate Strategy. Most notably, he led JJHCS's Health Policy & Advocacy team for over 20 years, driving significant policy changes and advocating for patient access to life-saving therapies. His leadership contributed to multiple industry-leading accomplishments and established a commitment to addressing health disparities within Janssen’s business processes.
